“000” holds about 1000 mg (about 1 gram) “00” holds about 735 mg (about .75 of 1 gram)
“0” size holds about 500 mg (about .5 of 1 gram)
Most capsules come in 0 (.5 of a gram)
Unless specified 00 size =.75 of a gram
“Jumbo” caps are usually the 000 sizing, holding up to 1 g
(This also depends on how much the cap is packed)
#1 holds about 400 mg
#3 about 200 mg.
One teaspoon will fill about 7 “0” capsules and about 5 “00” capsules.
